Sales Manager

Z-Tec Automation Systems Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to be responsible for all activities related to the sales of the company's product line. Founded in 1992, Z-Tec is growing rapidly and requires a Sales Manager to build on its success, and to help increase and sustain Z-Tec's sales growth.

Qualifications:	Energetic, and enjoys challenges Self motivated, organized, and works well independently Has minimum 3-5 years experience in technical sales Familiarity with the Wood Products Industry would be a valuable asset
Duties:	Generation of new business, as well as handling all sales leads and inquiries. Manage existing customer relations, including generation of additional sales to current customers. Develop and execute strategies for growth. Develop strategies to further penetrate Z-Tec's current market segments, and to enter new markets. Develop and manage strategic alliances with other companies. Manage all activities related to trade shows, including liaison with trade show managers, preparation and staffing of booth, promotional materials, and post-show follow up with prospective customers.
Salary:	Base salary plus unlimited commission opportunities, commensurate with experience.

A successful candidate must have strong written and oral skills, and possess experience related to most, if not all, of the above mentioned duties. Candidate must also be willing and able to travel to customer sites in North America, and possibly abroad.
